- 1 cup(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) dark corn syrup
- 2 cup(s) Light cream
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 1. Place butter in 3 quart casserole. Heat in microwave high power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
- 2. Blend in sugar, corn syrup and 1 cup light cream. Heat in micowave on full pwer for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm ball stage is reached. Stir occasionally during cooking time to avoid boil overs.
- 3. Gradually blend in remaining light cream Microwave on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until firm ball stage is reached
- 4. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart utility dish. Coool for 3 hours,or until firm. Turn out on cutting board Cut into square ina wrap in waxed paper.
