  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) dark corn syrup
  • 2 cup(s) Light cream
  • 2 cup(s) sugar


  1. 1. Place butter in 3 quart casserole. Heat in microwave high power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.

  2. 2. Blend in sugar, corn syrup and 1 cup light cream. Heat in micowave on full pwer for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm ball stage is reached. Stir occasionally during cooking time to avoid boil overs.

  3. 3. Gradually blend in remaining light cream Microwave on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until firm ball stage is reached

  4. 4. Pour mixture into greased 2 quart utility dish. Coool for 3 hours,or until firm. Turn out on cutting board Cut into square ina wrap in waxed paper.
