Chorizo-Stuffed Poblano Chiles with Sweet-Sour Escabeche

    Excellent, prepped everything in advance and held at room temp until dinner. 15min to finish the potatoes & sausage, then stuff & on the plate with an ear of grilled corn. Loved the combo of flavors, especially the escabeche. Served CL's tomato-poblano soup first. (only non-intentional change was that we could only get a Spanish-style chorizo rather than the recommended crumbly-type)
