Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon sugar
3/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 romaine hearts, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 celery stalk, diced

Preparation
