Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 2 yellow bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 cup coarsely chopped red onion
- 1 (6-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
- Oysterville Sea Farms Italian Vinaigrette
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with desired amount of Oysterville Sea Farms Italian Vinaigrette.
