Chocolate-Walnut Ganache
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream or half-and-half
- 12 ounces sweet dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Combine cream and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Serve warm.
