Chocolate-Walnut Ganache

Yield Makes 2 cups


  • 1 cup whipping cream or half-and-half
  • 12 ounces sweet dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

How to Make It

  1. Combine cream and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Serve warm.
