  • 2 teaspoons skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pecans
