Had no trouble finding the cookies at Publix. My white chocolate snowflake was a total failure, but I attribute that to user error. The cheesecake is delicious, but it was insanely rich. 4 adults ate less than 1/4, and none of us finished our slices. Serves much more than 10.

Time consuming but so worth it!Hard to find the cookies for the crust.I bought chocolate shortbread cookies and added 1/4 tsp of almond extract.

Excellent cheesecake! I too had a hard time finding the suggested cookies and chose to use shortbreads as well, but added 1/4 cup of cocoa to the crushed cookie mixture.

I was in charge of dessert for New Year's Eve, and this was a HIT! I found the cookies in the Keebler section, right next to the Pecan Sandies. This recipe takes some time, but it was worth it. I passed on the snowflake, and instead placed each piece on a swirl of raspberry sauce. Delicious! One small hint: put only half of the ganache on, refrigerate the rest and swirl that on top. It's easier to work with when cooled. I will definitely make this again! I agree with the other reviewer - this is very rich, so a small piece is all you need. This will serve a large group!
