Chocolate Tart Shell

This recipe goes with Fudge Truffle-Pecan Tart

Southern Living DECEMBER 1999

  • Yield: 1 (10-inch) tart shell

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Combine ingredients; press into bottom of a 10 1/2-inch tart pan.

Bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Nabisco graham crackers.
