Chocolate Silk pie
Intensely chocolate yet surprisingly light, the center will puff while baking around the edges and fall in the center while cooling. Super easy!

Ingredients
- 1 10" unbanked pie crust
- 1.5 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup(s) evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup(s) Melted butter
Preparation
- Wisk all ingredients together until completely mixed. Pour into the unbanked pie shell. Bske at 350 for 35-40 minutes. The center will remain soft but will set as the pie cools. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
