-Combine 4 tablespoons cocoa, 2 sticks margarine, and 1 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over the sugar and flour.
-Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Frosting - Melt 1 stick margarine, 4 tablespoons cocoa and regular milk. Add the powdered sugar and nuts. Frost while cake is still warm.
