Preparation
- 2 squares unsweeteneed chocolate
- 1/2 C milk or cream
- 3/4 C granulated sugar
- 3T butter
- 1t vanilla
- pinch salt
- Melt chocolate (preferably in double boiler) Add sugar gradually add cream and rest of ingredients. Stir and cook until smooth.
