Chocolate Sauce

Yield about 2 cups


  • 1/2 (4-ounce) package sweet baking chocolate
  • 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture is well blended. Continue to cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, and serve immediately over pie.
