- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk
How to Make It
Melt butter and chocolate in top of a double boiler; stir in powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce is smooth. Serve warm over ice cream.
