Chocolate Pudding

Yield Makes 5 cups


  • 4 cups whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup DOMINO Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Stir together 6 tablespoons cream and cornstarch, stirring until a paste forms. Bring remaining cream to a simmer in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch mixture, sugar, chocolate morsels, and vanilla; cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Cook mixture, stirring often, 8 minutes or until thick and creamy.
