Ingredients
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (such as Ghirardelli)
- 2 cups thin salted pretzel sticks
- 3/4 cup chopped dried sweet cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
Preparation
- 1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in pretzel sticks, coarsely chopping with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish lined with wax paper, spreading to coat bottom of dish. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly on top, pressing into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until hardened (about 20 minutes). Invert chocolate bark onto plate; carefully peel off wax paper. Cut into 16 pieces.
