Combine cocoa, flour, sugar and cinnamon. In a large microwave safe bowl, whisk together yolks, milk & vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Microwave in 2 minute intervals, stirring well, until mixture thickens. Once thick, add Hershey bar and stir to melt it into mixture. Pour into prepared pie pan; cool then refrigerate. Can top with meringue or Cool Whip.
