Make a superfast chocolate-peppermint dessert using meringue cookies, chocolate ice cream, whipped topping and peppermint candies.

1. Spoon 1/4 cup cookies into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each serving with 1/4 cup ice cream, 2 tablespoons whipped topping, and 1 tablespoon peppermint candies. Repeat layers with remaining ice cream, whipped topping, and peppermint candies.
