Instead of topping the parfaits with plain chopped pecans, you can use the Spiced Pecans.

4 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup ice cream, 2 tablespoons syrup, and 1 tablespoon pecans)

Ingredients

2 cups vanilla fat-free, no-sugar-added ice cream
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

1. Spoon 1/4 cup ice cream into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup. Repeat procedure with remaining ice cream and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped pecans over each serving.
