Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookies

    My 15 month old daughter wouldn't even eat these. I couldn't get anywhere near the 30 cookies that I was supposed to make and the dough was all crumbly. They also got pretty hard after they cooled. There just didn't seem to be enough batter to support all the raisins, oatmeal and chocolate chips.

    I thought these cookies were very good, they turned out chewy with the perfect amount of peanut butter and chocolate flavor. I don't care for raisins so I left them out.

    I just made them and they are quite good. I used bittersweet chocolate chips, egg substitute, and chunky peanut butter. I would make them again.
