How to Make It

Step 1

Place toasted bread cubes in a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with chocolate morsels.

Step 2

Combine milk and remaining 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour milk mixture over bread mixture; let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until pudding is firm. Serve warm.

Chef's Notes

Dry, stale bread is ideal for this recipe. If you don't have any, use toasted bread slices.
