Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) Icing Sugar
  • 1 whole(s) Egg Beaten well
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Butter
  • 2 whole(s) Chocolate squares
  • 1 cup(s) Walnuts Chopped
  • 24 Colored Marshmellows Cut up
  • 1 package(s) Coconut

Preparation

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Add eggs and sugar. Cook and stir until smooth. Let cool a bit and pour over the nuts and marshmellows. Stir until cooled. Form into log rolls with greased hands and roll in coconut. Wrap in Saran wrap and store in frig for 24 hours. Slice as desired.
