Great recipe. Probably the best cheesecake I ever made. I was a little worried about the water bath, though, because I had never done that. I worried that the water would get into the springform pan, but it didn't. The cheesecake was smooth and rich. I made it for my teenage son's birthday per his request and he really enjoyed it (cheesecake is his favorite dessert). Will definitely make it again!
