Delicious cookies!! My family loved them... this recipe is a keeper. Not too sweet, but very rich and the coconut really adds to the taste. I didn't make any changes to the recipe.

Mine didn't turn out like the picture at all. Mine stayed in lumps, instead of spreading out. Even with just 3 tbsps of flour, the dough was too stiff. I don't get it.

These cookies are delicious, although unlike one of the other reviewers, I found I could eat no more than two at a time--rich beyond belief. I followed the recipe to the T, except I chopped up the macadamia nuts into halves or thirds. I, too, was incredulous that there is only 3T of flour in this recipe, but it must be so little because the cookies themselves are very light and delicate. More flour would make them dense. Everyone who tried these cookies loved them and I had several recipe requests!

Delicious ... a bit time consuming to make but worth it ... i roasted the nuts in a pan on the stove for about 5 minutes using Pam .. next time I will chop the nuts up ... mixed half bitter sweet and half semi sweet chocolate chips instead of the chunks easier than chopping up

These are yummy. And easy. I find it's best to let them cool on the pan for a little while before moving to cooling rack.

Easy to make, and good. If you like chocolate you can't go wrong. I did have to flatten the rolled dough to get the cookies to look like the picture, my first pan turned out in clumps, but that didnt affect the taste!

Very easy to make recipe with incredible results. I didn't have macadamia nuts on hand so I used hazelnuts. I pulsed the nuts in the food processer as they are a bit harder than macadamias. These are VERY good.

These are wonderful! I used walnuts, but any nut would work well; I beat the sugar, eggs & vanilla at high speed for 5 mins. Turned out perfect. Thank you myrecipes.com, for another Great recipe!
