Chocolate Lover's Fudge Pie

Yield one 9-inch pie


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
  • Vanilla ice cream

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with ice cream.
