Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons Kahlúa (coffee-flavored liqueur)
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder; stir into sugar mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spoon into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.
