Worthy of a Special Occasion

I mistakenly bought Nilla wafers instead of the chocolate wafers, which I'm sure would have been better (and bigger? my sandwiches were very small) The ganache is very rich and yummy, better if left out for a few minutes, not straight out of the fridge.
