Chocolate Ganache

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups


  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces sweet dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

How to Make It

  1. Heat whipping cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and corn syrup, stirring until well blended.
