Janie Hamilton, it's not fair to rate the recipe if you haven't tried it. You can buy German's sweet chocolate in the baking section of the grocery store. This is a delicious, classic frosting that is wonderful to use on a wide variety of desserts.

- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces sweet dark chocolate
- Heat cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is well blended.
