Chocolate Fudge Pie

Yield 1 (9-inch) pie

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together eggs and sugar in a large bowl; add butter and next 4 ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans, and spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch pieplate.

  2. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. (Mixture will rise, then fall as it cools.)
