There was at least 1 tsp. too many in this recipe. I realized that as I was adding it. I will try it another time with just 1 tsp.

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Cook first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until butter melts. Remove from heat; whisk in sour cream and vanilla until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Use immediately.
