Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Slather this intensely rich Chocolate Fudge Frosting over your favorite cakes. 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

How to Make It

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until butter melts. Remove from heat; whisk in sour cream and vanilla until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Use immediately.
