Chocolate Frosting

Yield 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup milk

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add milk, and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until spreading consistency.
