1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cook butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly, 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; remove from heat. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
