Chocolate Frosting

Yield 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted

How to Make It

  1. Beat all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until dry ingredients are moistened. Beat at high speed until mixture reaches spreading consistency.
