Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons evaporated skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine evaporated milk and peanut butter in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until peanut butter melts and mixture is smooth. Combine milk mixture with powdered sugar and remaining ingredients, stirring until frosting is cool.
