Make an easy homemade chocolate frosting with sugar, milk, butter and chocolate chips.

Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat; stir in chocolate chips. Keep stirring until well blended and chocolate has melted. Cool, then spread on bars.
