This icing is soooooo good! Other reviewers are saying it's difficult to drizzle over the Mississppi Mud Cake, but I haven't had trouble with it. If you scoop the icing into a ziplock bag and cut a hole in the corner of the bag, it's easy to squeeze it over the cake.
- 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- Beat all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
