Chocolate Frosting
Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over powdered sugar in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
