    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This was my first time making a biscotti type cookie. I made it for the holidays, and they ended up being so good that I made numerous batches throughout the holiday season. I will definately be making these again next year.

    Pretty good recipe. I used craisins instead of dried cherries. It was easy to make and the biscotti look pretty enough to give as a gift.
