How to Make It

Step 1

Place chocolate in a medium size stoneware bowl; set bowl in a pan of boiling water. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon just until chocolate melts (too much heat will affect dipping quality of chocolate).

Step 2

Dip each piece of Candied Citrus Peel in chocolate, using a dipping fork; remove to waxed paper to set. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
