Worthy of a Special Occasion

These have been a hit with my family. I add about 3 tablespoons of milk to make sure the batter is moist and I only cook for 10 minutes.

Love these and all the neighbors asked for the recipe. I have made four batches this week.I followed the recipe as written.A must have on hand for dinner dessert , kids treats and all around great cookies . A new favorite !!
