Really, really tasty! These had a nice, fluffy, almost cake-like texture. The flavor is very rich. These are the best chocolate cookies I've made. I did a batch with chocolate chips and another with white chocolate, and they were delicious. This is a great cookie base to try other add-ins, like dried fruit, nuts, different chips (pb, cinnamon, dark chocolate, mint, etc), and pretzels. I think half a piece of caramel buried in the middle would be great, too. I'll make these again for sure.
