These are some of the best meringue cookies I have made. The amount of chocolate in them is perfect. I baked them for 30 minutes instead of time indicated on recipe so the centers were just a bit chewy.

I stumbled upon this recipe while in the mood for choc. chip cookies. This recipe really delivered without the fat and calorie content of your typical cookie. I have never made meringue but it was so fast and easy. I used regular choc. chips instead of minis and it was perfect. YUMMM! Now if only i could stop eating them....

I made this on a humid day which kept the egg whites from reaching stiff peaks. I had left over egg whites from a previous recipe and did not want to waste them. But they still turned out good and did not yield as many cookies as stated. I expected this to happen and I will make these again hopefully on a less humid day.

I have never had a meringue cookie berfore, but these are delicious! I don't have one of the cookie scoopers though, so mine did not turn out very pretty. WARNING: they are addictive.

They do look funny but they are delicious and were pretty easy to make, especially considering I have never made this type of cookie before. Flavorful and delicate!

This was my first time for making a meringue cookie. Very easy and delicious! Personally, I would prefer a smaller cookie; I would use a teaspoon the next time. I am planning to take these to my family Christmas dinner this year. I thought these would be a good alternative to the typical Christmas cookie. I used regular choc chips also thanks to a review I had read prior to making these cookies.

I was a bit hesitant about trying these cookies, but they were delicious. I had a bit of trouble getting the batter to be the right consistency, but other than that, they were easy.
