Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for One

Photo: Jessica Colyer

You don't need to bake a whole batch of cookies to get a taste of the good stuff, and you don't have to risk eating raw eggs either. This egg-less, personal-sized batch of chocolate chip cookie dough is just enough to satisfy any cookie dough craving that comes along.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lightly melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

How to Make It

  1. Place the butter into a small bowl and microwave for about 15 seconds or until soft. Next add both sugars, mixing well. Stir the flour into the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. Next, add a pinch of salt, and then the chocolate chips.
