This has become a new favorite in my family. My husband calls them "a man's cookie!" They have the texture of moist brownies and the taste of a great chocolate chip cookie. I had to make 4 batches just this past weekend! So easy to prepare, and with the right cupcake tins you don't have to worry about them sticking (use the light colored tins or reduce the heat to 325 or so if using dark ones). I sprayed the tins with Bakers Joy and they popped right out after cooling. Highly recommended!!

They were actually very good, however, it was a nightmare getting them out of the muffin tins. I did not use liners, but sprayed Pam on the tins before putting dough in. I followed directions which stated to let them cool completely before removing them from the muffin tins. They were falling apart as I tried to loosen them...what a mess. I would like to try again, using liners that are sprayed.

These are fabulous! I changed the butter to Land O' Lakes light butter with Canola Oil, and used Nestle Toll House's dark chocolate and peanut butter chips. All the rest was the same, only 285 calories! One tip is to use quite a bit of Pam as they do stick.

These are amazing.... Really easy to make and I had no issues with them easily coming out of my mini muffin tins. I just sprayed them generously. Perfect for a cookie exchange too!

Very good. Used muffin cup liner and had no problem with the cookie coming away from the cup cake liner. It was a good cookie, fast and easy to make.

Really guiltfully delicious....I say guilty because it calls for a great amount of sugar for a small batch...but it's really worth it for the day you need to just have something really good. I used the cupcake liners. I used dark pan and it took me an extra 3 minutes to bake.
