This was a super easy dessert to make, and one of the most beautiful presentations to boot. And, the clincher, tasted super yummy. The one downside was that the mouse was a little gelatin-like (not as creamy as I would have liked) and the whipping cream that I chose (organic) didn't whip all the way up. The boxes were SO easy to make. I got a major "WOW" when I served them. Next time I might use simple Girhirdelli dark chococate squares (sans mint in After Eights) for the box.
