Cook's Notes

This smoothie is a great use of overripe bananas, which are extra sweet. Simply slice the overripe banana, and store it in a freezer-safe plastic bag. Then, you'll have the beginnings of a delicious and nutritious snack.MyRecipes is working with Let's Move!, the Partnership for a Healthier America, and USDA's MyPlate to give anyone looking for healthier options access to a trove of recipes that will help them create healthy, tasty plates.
