How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat; stir in amaretto and vanilla.

Step 2

Spoon mixture evenly into 2 dessert dishes. Cover and chill thoroughly. Just before serving, sprinkle evenly with almonds.
