Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup whole Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce plus 1 1/2 teaspoons adobo sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, grated

How to Make It

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, Dijon mustard, minced chiles and adobo sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes (or up to 2 days).
