1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce plus 1 1/2 teaspoons adobo sauce
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, grated
How to Make It
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, Dijon mustard, minced chiles and adobo sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes (or up to 2 days).
